Overview
This policy describes how wh3.ninja handles information when you browse the site, use the army planner, synchronize Steam ownership data, or request prices. It applies to the wh3.ninja website and its related API requests.

Information stored on your device
The site may use browser local storage for your current army draft, shared-planner recovery state, selected price region, catalog filters, grouping and name-display preferences, and Steam library comparison settings. This information is kept on your device and is not uploaded as an account record.
A shared army link contains the army data in its URL so another person can open it. wh3.ninja does not maintain a database of shared armies, but anyone with the link can read the army it describes.

Steam library imports
When you import Steam ownership data, the browser parses the supplied data and keeps only the recognized Steam App IDs needed to compare games and DLC. The imported library is stored locally using browser storage; wh3.ninja does not receive or retain the full Steam response.
You can remove the imported library at any time from the Steam library sync controls, or by clearing this site's browser storage.

Network requests and third parties
The site requests regional Steam prices and related store information through its price API. The API uses the selected country code to request price data from Steam and historical price data from IsThereAnyDeal. It does not need your Steam account or imported library.
Links to Steam, SEGA, the Total War: WARHAMMER Wiki, IsThereAnyDeal, or other providers take you to those providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Hosting and service providers may process routine technical logs, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and request time, for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Analytics
In production, wh3.ninja loads Umami analytics to understand general site usage and improve the service. Analytics may receive page-view information, interaction events such as searches, filters, unit or DLC selections, planner actions, and outbound-link clicks, plus routine browser or device details. Event metadata does not include search text, local storage contents, or imported Steam App IDs.
